I stopped by your store yesterday for some "phone advice". Just wanted to let you know that your staff was fantastic!! They gave me more information than I needed to make the right phone choice for now. They really listened to my needs and didn't try to sell my more phone (and more $$) than I needed-rare thing in sales, it seems:) I love your 30 day "make sure this is the right phone" deal.

Sprint. Without their assistance, I am positive that my situation would have taken much
longer to clear-up and I would have been forced to take my business to another wireless
